Hi, everyone!!
Occasionally, I like to support companies that I feel are “switched on”. Has anybody heard of Spri Products? Go check out there website @ www.spriproducts.com.
They have such great functional and cutting edge fitness stuff, from bands to balls and everything in between. They specifically have this great product called "exercuffs", which are tubing rings that you can strap to your ankles.
I posted the other day about a great classic exercise, "The Bridge". I mentioned, in the advanced extra section, that you should try to use a wrap to engage your belly and outside thigh. Well, someone read it, contacted me, and I just got these exercuffs! Very cool! They make it even easier to create the extra resistance I mentioned.
Another great exercise you can do with them is the simple squat @ home. Try doing it with these bands flexed. Doing so creates inner-resistance without weights! A butt burner indeed, yaouch!!!
There is so much you can do with these things - I haven't even discussed exercises that focus on lateral movements, as well. Well done, Spri!!!
