A Great Exercise To Really Build Your Biceps
Let me show you the Concentration Curl ... with a new twist. This exercise is best done at the end of your arm workout. Finish with this one and you will turn a good bicep into a great bicep - you can get the front of your upper arms really ripped and showing separation. Try it out.  It's a few minutes long - it's worth watching through to the end.
