Gregory Joujon-Roche helps celebrities get into the best shape of their lives.
Now he brings that knowledge to you.
Available at Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble.
I have been a fitness trainer based on the West Coast and traveling around the world for over 15 years. Fitness has changed a great deal over this time – growing from an activity done by a few to a focus of a large part of our population – and I take great pride in believing that I have played and continue to play a role in this fitness revolution.
I have worked with many clients (more on them later), I have been on numerous television programs including the “America Takes It Off” series on Good Morning America, I wrote a book called In One Body, One Life: Six Weeks to the New You, I have created a line of high quality supplements and detoxification cleanses sold through health and wellness outlets as well as an online store (http://store.holisticfitness.com/) and I founded and continue to run a company called Holistic Fitness, which is a state-of-the-art fitness team with a revolutionary approach to health and fitness. I know that I have helped people.

Hi Greg! I'm a veterinarian in Colorado who has loved your book. It has really changed my life by changing my overall energy and level of fitness. Thanks so much!

Hey GBassett,
Thank you for such a nice comment.
Wow, I am taken back a bit every time I hear something so positive.
I say to myself "see Greg, it really does work, it does "!
Just so nice to hear and you made my week end on a high note, in a big way.
Thanks again - sincerely, for taking the time to write. All the best in health.
Greg

Hi Greg,
just want to say you are my fitness mentor :). I think you really know about how to train the body in natural method and the results are healthy and works. I bought your book and was wondering if you could tell me how much protein I should be consuming per day?
I workout with weights and take before and after (40)g. I am 6'1 and 205 lbs and about 16% bf. I do not want to consume more than I need to gain more fat or tax my kidneys or liver..If you could give some advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your great spirit and help.

I have a question about the weekend cleanse. The lunch says have a big vegetable salad, with dark greens only - no red peppers or tomatoes - and four ounces of fish or chicken. Dinner mentions the same salad and then says to add some olive oil to the potato. I am confused, lunch does not mention potato. Is this a typo?
